The week of finals....... O Hackin'
I finally finished my last week of school and I am about to dive into my finals week. Woot woot. I am so ready for this to be over. I only have three finals and they will hopefully be pretty easy. So ya my birthday was last thursday.... it was extremely uneventful. I went to class and then came home... thats it. wow. But I did get a few texts, phone calls, and a million posts on Facebook. What did we do before facebook? We were supposed to watch smallville, eat muddy buddies, and go to a comedy show on friday for my birthday. For some reason there was no signal from the CW so we didnt get to watch smallville, and Everyone forgot about muddy buddies, and the comedy show really wasnt that funny.... All in all. A little disappointing. I guess I shouldnt get my hopes up. haha! At least my room mates got a delicious ice cream cake for me. That was super awesome.
I was in my last institute class of the semester and the teacher was in the middle of a super serious lecture, and I look down at the inside cover of the hymn book on the desk. I just break out laughing, and everyone just gives me the "you are totally weird/no one sat by you for the entire semester for a reason" look. After "the look" the teacher kept on teaching. BUT! before you judge me of my weirdness like the rest of the class. I have to tell you what I saw... Okay it isnt that funny or clever when I tell you.... you just had to see it.
The institute had obviously had a thief problem, so they had put a sticker on the inside of every hymn book that read: "STOLEN FROM: Cedar City Institute Building" hahahah. Maybe it is the finals week jitters that has my sense of humor derailed, but at least all of my fake friends from church who sat by me pretended to think it was funny. Well good luck this week! I am off to a good start.
